| If you are lucky enough to have the income that allows you to have a second home, you have a lot of things to think about. Though you might want to save money by going through time share, many like to own something outright, even if they aren’t living there for much of the year. There are many in the city who like to find country houses to rent when they don’t want to own, but they also don’t want to stay in the city for the entire year. These houses can be cheap, and this might be the way to go.
I know that there were quite a few country houses to rent in my old home town, and there were a few different families that came each summer to stay. One family came each year, and I got to know the girl very well. She was from Philadelphia, and though I didn’t see her during the winter, we spent every summer playing together. I would be very sad each year when she left, but they always would come back to the same house each year. Though they had a lot of money, her dad always rented the place rather than buying something, and they were always there.
There did come a time when I moved, and I never saw her again. I often wondered what happened to her, and I often wonder if they still get country houses to rent. I know they no longer go there, and I know she is an adult now, but I wonder if she misses the area. She didn’t live there for most of the year, but she did spend much of her summer months in the area. Perhaps she has her own country houses to rent that she uses each year, though I may never know.
If you are looking for country houses to rent, you can talk to a local real estate representative, and they may be able to help you out. However, if you have an area in mind, you might want to find someone in that area. They will be able to tell you about all of the country houses for rent in the area, and they might also be able to hook you up rather quickly if you decide you like something. Remember that these are great for the summer, but you may not want to own them outright. This is why renting might be a great idea. Then if you fall in love with the house, you can make an offer if you decide you’d like to keep it.
