Though you might want to save money by going through time share, many like to own something outright, even if they aren’t living there for much of the year. Remember that these are great for the summer, but you may not want to own them outright. This is why renting might be a great idea. Then if you fall in love with the house, you can make an offer if you decide you’d like to keep it.
